Got up this morning and pulled off Jerry,s rear wheel. Found one of the wheel bearings completely gone. We are in middle of no where with a bike that can't be ridden. Had seen an airport coming into Dawson City. As we were going to breakfast we ran across the crew from Air North. Talking to them we found that we could ship my spare wheel to Vancouver and Air North could get it to Dawson City. Going to be expensive but we had no tools to repair the rear wheel even if we had parts. My wife made all the arrangements to get the wheel up to us. Supposed to be here in two more days. Hope it works out. In the meantime we will get to explore the Dawson City area. Rich history in gold mining.
No riding today.
We all knew Jerry could ride the wheels off a bike...he finally did it.
